Our four comfortable rooms all have en-suite facilities. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with carpets and fabrics sourced locally from Milners of Leyburn. Each room has fantastic views across the Dales and enjoys crisp white Egyptian cotton bed linen and fluffy white towels and robes. LED Flatscreen Freeview HD televisions, Hair Dryers, Hospitality Trays and iPod Docking stations all come as standard. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.
Booking Terms And Conditions:
For all bookings we usually take a Minimum 25% Non-Refundable Deposit. For groups of 4 or more, 1-Night Stays or last-minute bookings we reserve the right to take up to a 50% Non-Refundable deposit. The balance plus any extras is payable upon departure.
If you cancel at least 1 Week before your arrival date there are no cancellation charges applied other than any deposits paid. For cancellations made with less than 1 Weeks' notice or during your stay we charge the full amount of the original
booking. Please note that all bookings must be guaranteed with a Credit or Debit Card. We also strongly recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance in case of cancellation.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 18:00. If you think you may be arriving after 18:00 please call us en-route. Unfortunately we cannot accept arrivals after 22:00 for security purposes. Check-out is 10:30 on the day of departure. Please note that we are unable to accommodate either children under the age of 12 or pets.
